Our machines have a one-year quality guarantee period. If there are any quality issues with the machines within one year and spare parts need to be replaced, we will provide them to customers free of charge.

The minimum order quantity of our machines is 1unit.

For machines without special customization requirements, the delivery time is approximately 30 days. If there are customization requirements, the time will be estimated according to the specific requirements.

Payment is made by T/T. 30% is paid in advance, and the remaining 70% is paid after the machine is completed.

Before leaving the factory, our machines will undergo strict debugging and quality inspection.

Our salespersons will follow up on the situation of the machines, sort out the information, and provide feedback on it to customers.

For air freight, we cooperate with official transportation companies like DHL and FedEx. If there are problems, such as the loss of goods during transportation, we will resend them.

We will respond to after-sales problems within 24 hours. Engineers can diagnose machine problems online and put forward maintenance suggestions.

Generally, the transportation method of sea freight is adopted. According to the quantity and volume of the machines, we will calculate the optimal solution for customers' reference.

Our products will be inspected for quality before leaving the factory. If customers request it, we can obtain relevant certifications.
