The company is committed to leading industry innovation and has over 420 employees, including over 160 engineers and technicians. It has established R&D platforms such as the Jiangsu New Washing Machinery Engineering Technology Research Center, a Jiangsu Key R&D Institution, a Jiangsu Industrial Design Center, a Provincial Graduate Workstation, and a Suzhou Domestic R&D Institution. These platforms enable it to possess industry-leading independent R&D capabilities and core technological advantages. Over the years, Sea-Lion has applied for over 500 patents and currently holds over 150 valid patents, including 85 invention patents, ranking first in the industry in terms of patented technologies. The company has also presided over and participated in the formulation of four national standards and ten industry standards.

Product Achievements
In recent years, the company has successfully developed a series of internationally advanced washing and finishing equipment, including high-speed fabric spreading machines, high-speed double-sided ironing machines, high-speed folding machines, pillowcase machines, intelligent hanging systems, and high-efficiency, water-saving microparticle washing machines.
Product Achievements
The company has established a complete quality inspection system and built a 4,000-square-meter inspection center with a modern laboratory equipped with mechanical strength testing machines, impact testing machines, mechanical vibration testers, environmental noise testers, dynamic balancing testers, salt spray test systems and a full set of type testing equipment. These ensure the quality control of Sea Lion products from the entry of raw materials to the delivery of complete machines, thereby effectively guaranteeing product quality.

Compliance
with Standards
All products are manufactured in accordance with national and industry standards, including safety standards equivalent to those of the US UL standard. Sea-Lion Machinery is the first among its domestic peers to achieve ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and weapons and equipment quality management system certification (National Military Standard System Certification). It has also obtained the international CE safety certification and the North American ETL safety certification, securing approval for product sales in the EU and North America.
